Located in Lincoln Park, this project is the essence of quiet sophistication. Our fashionable client envisioned a luxurious, timeless home—an oasis for her family that reflected her eye for design. Shades of blue appear throughout the home, creating a sense of calm continuity from room to room.
Vintage furnishings and lighting were thoughtfully curated, while custom millwork was designed to feel both elevated and enduring. The lacquered front door and gray-and-white marble flooring set the tone immediately. From the vintage Angelo Mangiarotti–inspired console in the entry to the dramatic slab of stormy gray quartzite in the kitchen, each space is layered with intention. Glossy custom cabinetry and a generous island offer ample storage and seating, while a sculptural banquette adds both interest and intimacy for family meals.
In both the formal living room and the family room, large-scale, cozy seating invites conversation and connection. A shimmery silver stair runner leads to the second floor, where a velvet bench and oversized brass mirror welcome you to the upper level. The serene primary wing includes a show-stopping fireplace and a mirrored dressing room, designed to house the couple’s many collections. Throughout the home, simplicity, elegance, and a sense of quiet luxury guide every detail—creating a space that’s as refined as it is deeply livable.
