Neutral Drama
This busy family requested a complete exterior and interior rehab of their existing home. The goal was to create an open floor plan where they could easily entertain their large extended families and friends. Given the couple’s unusually hectic work schedules, it was imperative that we focused on a streamlined yet sophisticated design. We made sure there was a place for everything, from individual mudroom lockers for their children, to built-in dog bowls and an electronics charging station in the kitchen. The modern aesthetic is offset by subdued neutral tones, and the contrasting black stained built-ins and furnishings add depth. The primary bedroom color palette with its pale gray linens, stained cabinetry, shimmery floor covering and polished nickel lighting continue to flow with the rest of the home.
