Beachfront Refuge
This Grand Beach home was designed to provide a busy family with a peaceful refuge. While practicality was of the essence, the homeowners still wanted to include some elements of the sophistication they enjoy in their city residence. To that end, the main level was designed to include a custom white kitchen with mercury glass-front cabinets that reflect the stunning view of Lake Michigan. While the serene living and dining rooms are perfect entertainment spaces for adults, the lower level focuses on poolside fun. A fully functioning kitchen and large game area with a ping-pong table lead to the pool and outdoor bar and grill via doors that completely pivot open. Each area of the home, from the master bathroom to the navy lacquered butlers pantry, feels like an upscale resort where the homeowners can happily escape their busy lives.
